Our company is a diversified leather manufacturing enterprise, who has profound technology and rich experiences in cowhide, sheepskin and pigskin.
The company set up a factory/beam-house in the MOJO, Ethiopia in 2012. Rely on local high-quality sheepskin resources, the factory is making production from raw hide and skin to wet blue. At present, there're more than 600 employees and with more than 40 million square feet production capacity per year.
The company has a leather dying factory in Dalingshan, Dongguan City, Guangdong province, which is one of the only two factories authorized to dye leather all over Dongguan City. The factory is mainly working on dying, drying, and color repairing processes of sheepskin, suede and cow split.
In Daojiao Town, Dongguan City, there's a leather post-processing plant, which focuses on the trimming, coating, embossing, finishing and other processes in cow and sheep skins, and obtained LWG (GOLD RATED) certification in 2019.
T he company has a Pig Nubuck production line in Shuitou Leather base, Wenzhou, Zhejiang province. The raw material is imported from the United States, Japan, Vietnam and other countries, which is produced to various grades of pig Nubcuk, which are widely used in casual sports shoes, with an annual production capacity of 10 million square feet.
